When you write about your account or a payment, use the email address you signed in with and include the date and amount of any payment. That lets us find it quickly.
Premium is a one-time pass with no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. You can see when your Premium ends under Account at clatchamp.com/app. The cancellation and refunds page explains refunds.
