Cancellation & Refunds
How CLAT CHAMP Premium passes bought on this website work, and when we refund.
Effective date: 3 October 2026.
What you are buying
CLAT CHAMP Premium on clatchamp.com/app unlocks all practice sets and full-length mock tests in the web version for the period you pay for. It is a digital service. Nothing is shipped; access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.

Prices include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards or net banking. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details.
No automatic renewal
Premium is a one-time purchase. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another pass. If you buy while Premium is still active, the new period starts when the current one ends. You can see your end date under Account in the portal. There is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
Because Premium content is available immediately, we do not refund unused time. We will refund in full if:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase; or
- you paid and Premium did not unlock, or a fault on our side stopped you using it, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
Email support@clatchamp.com within 7 days of the payment, from the address you signed in with, with the payment date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable law.
